Gluten-Free Flour [Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Thickener (Xanthan Gum)], Coconut Sugar, Cocoa Powder (16%), Beetroot Powder (13%), Blueberry, Fruit Powder (9%), Baking Powder [Raising Agents (450, 500)].
Use 1 medium mashed banana OR half cup of oats mixed with a little warm water. You can also take out the eggs altogether and use 1/2 of the can of coconut cream.
Yes you can use yogurt instead. Please don’t use milk! Use a low sugar yogurt.
Yes you can use half the bag. Just halve the ingredients (1 egg + 1/2 can coconut cream) and use a smaller bowl to mix.
