FAQs

Can I freeze some of the dough?

Yes, you can freeze dough, wrap it tightly in cling film! Store in the freezer for 3 months. Let it naturally defrost in the fridge then warm it up with your hands.

Can I make it dairy free?

Yes, sub out the milk for water or plant milk. Use a dairy free spread instead of butter. Reduce the amount of dairy free spread to a 1/3 cup.

Can I freeze the biscuits?

You can, but they will be a bit squishy when defrosted. It's better to freeze the new dough instead.
